AQUA APARTMENTS GROUP is made up of three tourist apartment complexes located in Marbella, San Pedro Alcántara, and Málaga (Aqua Apartments Bellamar, Vento, and Málaga, respectively), from which we offer short-term accommodation, providing personal and individualized attention to our clients.
At AQUA APARTMENTS GROUP, we have decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, with the aim of providing a quality service and improving customer satisfaction.
The Management of AQUA APARTMENTS GROUP, within its Quality Management System, maintains the following commitments:
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, guaranteeing a level of quality in our facilities, equipment, and services, achieving maximum customer satisfaction. • Improve the quality of service, complying with all legal, regulatory, and other legal requirements applicable to us or subscribed to by our organization.
- Actively commit to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System through its maintenance and improvement of effectiveness, optimization of available processes and resources, always ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our customers for their present and future needs.
- Create and maintain a favorable climate within our organization, training and motivating staff in relation to quality and teamwork, enabling the professional and personal development of its members and the achievement of the required quality.
- Enhance the communication process to all staff and other stakeholders regarding the requirements of this policy.
This Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing quality objectives, conducting reviews to keep them up to date, and ensuring compliance with the policy, objectives, and established goals.
This Policy has been developed taking into account its appropriateness to the purpose and context of the organization and is periodically reviewed for continuous suitability. It has been communicated to all interested parties.
